INFORMATION ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE COMPANY AND ITS VARIOUS ACTIVITIES ZRD
Engineering, Consulting, Contracting Industry and Trade Limited Company
was established in 21 April 1988 by Zafer Dumen and Recep Durmaz with
commercial register number 70094.
Conclusion of the share transfer of
Recep Durmaz partnership organization (Published in Trade Register
Newspaper in 01.30.2007 numbered 6734 ) is changed as Zafer Dumen and
Adil Gole.
As an engineering, consulting, contracting company
ZRD has given various kinds of service in the field of electric energy
constructions (Power plants, HV substations, transmission lines,
underground cables, distribution lines etc.) and in the field of
climatisation (air conditioner maintenance, repairs and operation) for
22 years. ZRD has been always ready to give service and get
responsibility with a good experience on important projects by its
specialised staff. It has ISO 9001:2000 Quality assurance Certificate in
its management and also TSE Service Certificate. ZRD is still inhabited
in Cukurambar Mah. Ogretmenler Cad. No:1/6 Cukurambar/Ankara-TURKEY.
ZRD
has worked for many projects of various governmental organizations such
as TEDAS (Turkish Electric Distribution Co.), TEIAS (Turkish Electric
Transmitting Co.), TEUAS (Turkish Electric Producing Co.), TREDAS
(Tekirdag Electric Distribution Co.), TKI (Turkish Coal Mining Co.),
Turk Telekom (Turkish Telecommunication Co.), Ministry of Justice and
also various private companies. ZRD is now, in the position to make a
market research for new contracts in Turkey and also in foreign
countries. The aim of ZRD is to continue its successful activities
together with best competing conditions in the future.
